Using Survenix
Survenix lets you turn a menu into a digital menu served behind a permanent QR link, whether you import a PDF or photo, build it by hand, or both. You are responsible for the content you publish, for keeping your account secure, and for the people you invite to your team.
Your content
You keep ownership of your menu content, including uploaded PDFs and photos. You give us permission to store, process and display it so we can serve your public menu to guests, and only for that purpose. Publish only content you have the right to use, with accurate prices and honest descriptions.
AI features
Menu import, dish photos and descriptions are produced by AI and can make mistakes. Everything AI produces goes into your draft for review, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish. AI features use the monthly credit allowance of your plan.
The permanent QR
Your public menu link, and the QR that encodes it, stays the same for as long as your subscription is active. If your plan lapses we keep the link reserved for a grace period so you can subscribe again and reactivate the same code; we never hand your link to someone else.
Plans and billing
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to begin and are not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, for the features listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Fair use
Do not use Survenix for anything unlawful, to publish content that is not a menu for your own business, or to attempt to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
