What we collect from you
When you create an account we store your email address and, once you set up your business, its name, locations, currency, language and time zone. We store the menu content you add or import: sections, dishes, descriptions, prices, photos and any PDF you upload. If you invite team members, we store their email addresses and roles.
How we use it
We use your data to run the service: signing you in, hosting and rendering your public menus, generating your QR codes, and showing you scan analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not use your menu content for advertising.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, the relevant content is sent to our AI providers to produce the result you asked for: an uploaded menu PDF or photo is read to extract sections, dishes and prices, and dish names or descriptions are used to generate photos or text you requested. AI output lands in your draft for review; nothing is published without you. We only send what the feature needs, and AI-generated dish photos are labeled as such on your public menu.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we only keep your subscription status and plan.
Your guests
People who scan your QR see a public menu in their browser. They do not sign in, install anything, or accept cookies, and we set none on the menu page. For your analytics we record each scan with only coarse information: device type (phone, tablet or desktop), how the visit arrived (scan or link), a two-letter country code, and an anonymous identifier that changes every day so nobody can be tracked over time. We do not store guests' IP addresses or precise location.
Where your data lives
Your account and menu data are stored with our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and file storage, Vercel for serving the site), protected so that each business can only see its own data.
Your choices
You can edit or delete menu content, replace or remove uploaded files, remove team members, and export your analytics at any time. Cancelling your plan stops billing; to delete your account and its data entirely, write to us and we will take care of it.
